Who we are
This website, askatium.com, is run by Atium Technologies. If you have any question about your data, email support@askatium.com.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry through our form: your name and work email address, and your company and role if you give them.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the site: we use no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and pages viewed without cookies and without identifying you. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about whether Atium suits your business. We don't sell your data, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and following up business enquiries.
Who else handles it
- HubSpot stores enquiries in our customer records.
- Lark provides our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides its visitor counts.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
[Retention period to confirm.]
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email support@askatium.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
